Rachel gave me a lot to think about in terms of who to bring into the final three. She basically gave me a half dozen different reasons why it would be smarter to take her. But really... as much as she wants to say that I'd have the guaranteed votes to win against her, nothing's a guarantee and to derail my initial gameplan over something that was brought up by someone on their last leg would have been ridiculous on my part. Desperation leads you to use anything as leverage to get what you want.
So I'm in the final three with my Out Crowd alliance, Dick and Cassandra, and the latter actually came to the same conclusion that I did: Neither of us can probably beat Dick in the final two so we should bring each other. That fact still stands and that I'm betting a lot of my game on one of us two beating him in this challenge and the thought of not winning scares the crap out of me.
Rachel's words have inflicted a harsh blow on my confidence level. Would the Jury be bitter enough to vote Cassandra over me for the win? Even though she's never won a competition and was the first person to be evicted from the game? That would hurt my pride a lot... but I guess the point of all this is putting my pride on the line anyways and doing what I think will win me the game. My mind's a jumbled mess right now and honestly I just want all this to be over.
Mind on the game Parker, mind on the game...

Dick brought up the same concerns that Cassandra has the least amount of bitterness aimed at her in terms of the Jury as opposed to the two of us. It can't just be coincidence that this subject matter has been breached. I mean it's a scary thing to think about and a definite equalizer, I can't stay committed to taking Cassandra to the end until I have a firmer handle on what I think may or may not happen sitting next to either of my allies in the finale.

My only hope of winning this game is that I can convince Dick during the duration of his time here in the finale that we each deserve to win more than Cassandra which in turn would make him influence Dominic to vote me to win too when he's sent to the Jury (hopefully not bitter). I also need to cross my fingers that I mended things with Rachel enough -and that she understands why I did what I did- so that she and Drew vote as a pair for me too... combined with Joshuah the votes will fall like this if I can persuade them to overlook the chips on their shoulders.
Dick - Parker Rachel - Parker Lori - Cassandra Russell - Cassandra Drew - Parker Joshuah - Parker Dominic - Parker Porsche - Cassandra Nick - Cassandra
Sigh... stressful.

I've been having a lot of doubts but I'll stick to my gameplan. I need to win the first part of this final HoH to guarantee my spot in Part 3. I need to try and wrestle this HoH from Cassandra and Dick, I need to take the power into my own hands. I will accomplish this and I will win Part One!

( Testing to see if this adds to your post count, posting in here... want to see if I can track Cassandra and Dick's progress in the HoH if any. )

Thank goodness I won Part 1... that means I don't have to strain myself trying to win a mental challenge which isn't exactly my forte. Now it's all about trying to get in the Jury's heads which could be a crap shoot either way.

What an interesting strategy Dick has; he posted in the general thread negative remarks about each Jury Member, including his ally Dominic. lol I wonder if he thinks I'm that naive about what he's up to?
It's obvious he's trying to cover his bases so that Cassandra or I pick him to take to the end, and it all shows to be some big ruse. Well on the bright side if he wins P2/P3 and he takes me, if the Jury takes this personally, he just did me one big-ass favor. Thank you kindly E.D! xD

I sent a few PMs back and forth with Dick and basically emphasized my non-commitment to who I'm taking to the Final Two. I'm not 100% sure who I'm taking yet still although I do feel my best chance is with Cassandra... the PMs are meant to ease the blow against him if I 'do' decide to evict him, hopefully earning his vote and in turn Dominic's vote in the process. Of course this might have also sealed my fate if he wins Part 3 but y'know... 1st or 3rd, I won't settle for second best so if this works for me, great. If I get evicted because of this, great too.

So I know two votes that are probably, eternally out of my grasp: Nick and Russell, the latter even admitting he would never vote for me to win as shown in Part 3 of the HoH Competition. That's somewhat demoralizing but also partially expected, considering he's one of the people I suspected wouldn't vote for me anyways. It still kind of stings though and worries me. I'm going to have to really hit it out of the ball park with the jury questions when I get there...

Ugh... I can't believe this, I thought I had Part 3 in the bag the moment the tiebreaker came up. To think I may lose this game because I was off by 2-3 digits...
