So after I survive the eviction, I obviously have my alliance with Drew, Lori, Rachel, and Russell (the people who saved me.) But then I get pulled into a secret alliance board with Dick, Josh, and Parker? I really have NO clue what's going on at this point. Like, I was going out the DOOR last week and now that I survived everyone and their mother wants to align with me? I mean I'll take it, but it's just funny how by surviving one eviction, I suddenly am in the driver's seat and am playing all sides.
The key to playing both sides is throwing as many Competitions as possible. You never want your cards to be shown because then you're forced to take a side and you can't play both sides. So I wanted to throw this HoH but not in an obvious way. I think I did a decent job with that, I was the second eliminated. Lori won so it was great since I know that she's the one who has my back the most. Parker and Josh were nominated and it did surprise me a bit because Dick seems to be the one who's very volatile, unpredictable, and overall chaotic. But whatever, it was Lori's reign so I couldn't complain.
I didn't get to play in the PoV which was fine because I wouldn't want to win it. It was close between Dick and Rachel so there was going to be drama with that, but then of course Rachel won on some "technicality" according to Dick so that just made it a huge mess since he didn't get his way and therefore felt the need to moan about it. His logic didn't make sense because he told me he was 100% sure he was right on all of them and therefore wanted us to throw it but I had to keep my mouth shut
The reason Dick wanted us to throw it is because Parker had a Bronze PoV that he was going to use on himself. Then Dick could veto Josh and hopefully they could get Rachel backdoored. They had a deal alliance board made with our alliance and Lori which had me PANICKING like no other. They included me in everything and I kept my playing both sides to myself (because why should Lori have to know everything?) and I knew that this looks very bad to Lori. It looks like I'm being disloyal and playing both sides (which I am, but she can't know) and she'd have the perfect excuse to nominate me. And guess what? She did... even after I practically sold her my unborn child and tried to get her to nominate Drew (to hold to the deal) and then I'd help send Josh home. I was desperate as FUCK and was willing to risk my position just to survive.
Luckily, Lori promised me that she had the votes to keep me and she was right! Josh was evicted 4-1 and Cassandra dodged another bullet *dirt off my shoulder*
